Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone is so nice a pleasant but today they went above and beyond. I called at 420 to get a recommendation of a urgent care since ballad was closing at 430 for my son. No hesitation they told me to bring him on in. They didnt care they closed at 5. Everyone was still full a smiles and didnt mind one bit to see him so late. Thank you all so much!!!!!!
We have a nonverbal autistic child. Asked the receptionist plain as day if the NP has experience or would discuss leucovorin with us, she said "yes" and we made an appointment. We have taken our time to fill out form after form, send medical records, arrange work to come in, strip our little boy down for an "exam" only to be told they won't prescribe it. They also had a student in there and we were never asked if that's okay. I don't know why they think this is an appropriate way to treat a special needs person but it is not... read more
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Maureen Peacock is such an amazing practitioner. They are kid friendly, are passionate and really good at what they do. Best so far
The decor is very kid friendly and Dr. Peacock is the best!
Office is stunning the easy ours painted shine the decor! The musk's on the walls are phenomenal not to mention they really get there children's attention! There's and old train station waiting room for the shock and s chaplain themed waiting room for the healthy patient appointments! Not to mention each room, halfway, the nurses_doctors stations are even all different themes including the rest rooms!
