Yes, they went above and beyond Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Yes, they should have been more gentle Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Definitely not, I almost choked Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they were out of everything! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered

No, there was no annoying music Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste
