Absolutely horrible....I cannot say this enough. Very rude and dishonest. They completely tried to rip us off when we were choosing to leave our car with them in the impound lot and give them the title instead of paying and getting the car towed out. They tried to say that even if you let them keep the car, costumers still have to pay them. Don't fall for that, it's a complete lie! They'll try to threaten you and say they'll take you to court, etc...again...please don't fall for it, they're just trying to make a buck.
Over $400 for an 8 mile flat bed tow. This place is a joke.
