I unfortunately purchased a “flipped” house here in Fort Morgan this year. When I let the seller know that the pipe in the laundry room was overflowing they sent Carl out-multiple times. Carl came out and said he flushed the pipe. I asked him if he tried turning on the washing machine. He hadn’t. Carl was always in a hurry to leave. When I ran the machine again, it overflowed again.
