Shoddy work and poor customer service! I retained Elizabeth D****** of Rupp Baase for my divorce. She immediately handed off my case to Michael C******* in the firm. Almost all the terms of the divorce had been agreed upon in advance, except for the monetary award to my ex-wife. After Michael drew up the paperwork, I instructed him to change the amount of the monetary award. He changed in in one paragraph, but not the other.
