I contacted With Steve to lift and build my house in November of 2021. The contracted construction was supposed to be completed by August of 2022. To date, the house is not even closed in and Steve makes every excuse as to why it is not complete. He has no problem requesting more money but he rarely replies to phone calls and doesn’t return texts. He is the master of making excuses.
