Rupi far exceeded our expectations. We live out of state and told him what we were looking for and the date we would be in California. Rupi set up properties for us to look at. At every property, he provided an information sheet for it. The houses were great and one felt perfect. We submitted an offer. Unfortunately, that offer was not even looked at. Rupi helped close super fast and was always available for questions. It was a smooth easy process and beyond gaining a real estate agent, I gained a friend. Rupi is honest, professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and will be using him for home buying needs!
