We visited Dr. Tarwala 3 times for my wife Niru's orthopedic needs at Upper East Side 130 E 67th St location. Dr is genuinely good listener and consular. So, will give 5 star for a doctor. Additionally, Annie who was assisting doctor was also very nice and helpful. Overall, time is not wasted so we are happy with the services we received. Thanks .
I saw Dr. Tarwala in September for significant foot pain. He took X-rays and, finding nothing, attributed my symptoms to a longstanding bone spur that had never caused issues before. He advised that an MRI wasn’t necessary and recommended physical therapy instead. Three months later, my pain persisted, so I obtained an MRI on my own. The best doctor I have come across, he handled my husbands hip replacement with such professionalism and care, he was in touch with us every step of the way and stayed in touch after post op, which I find rare these days, he is the best, my husbands scar is minimal he is in zero pain and never been more active since surgery, highly recommend would go back with any orthopedic needs in the future!
Awful. This doctor was extremely unprofessional. I laid it out for him, what I was dealing with as far as pushback and refusal of care from what I can only surmise as being conspiracy to cover for the offending surgeon rather than adhere to the Hypocratic Oathe he signed to administer care above all else. Yes, it is happening and this behavior seems to be well established and easily achieved by way of MyXhart machine of nonaccountability. who didn't do the surgery that was discussed and agreed on, in writing.
This Doctor is truly one of a kind very infprmative thorough and caring.He tells you what to expect and always reachable. He is number one.
