Although they have a waitlist for some services, they understood that I had travelled a long distance and needed my little repair the same day. I really appreciated their compassion and excellent work.
Went into Rupert’s for a quote to get my wife’s ring fixed. They wanted $145 to get it fixed. Told them that I needed to talk to my wife before getting it fixed.. well they ended up working on it without my permission to fix it and made it worse. The Diamond does not float right, makes noise when you move it. I WANT IT FIXED THE RIGHT WAY!!!! Will update my review once it’s fixed
After my mother passed, I inherited her vintage engagement ring, but the band that went with it went to another family member. I found almost an identical match for her original band on eBay and I brought them to Rupert’s and they did an amazing job sizing, reshaping, attaching together and cleaning my new set. Every time I wear it I’m so happy and I thank Rupert’s!
Lindsay was fantastic. Our questions were answered professionally, and services rendered were prompt and excellent.
These wonder, kind people repaired my wedding ring. My ring now looks fantastic and I wasn't with out it very long. They made me very happy. Thank you
