Dr. Shaw is so very kind and patient. And informative. She actually listens and ask you probing questions which is rare in the medical field at least it has been for myself. I was very impressed with my first visit today. Everyone was helpful And also smiling and polite, tho the office was extremely busy. 5/5 For me for sure. Thanks, Dr. Shah. I have zero reservations in recommending this office if you need to see an otolaryngologist
One of the best Doctors in the triangle
I’ve been to her office twice and both times she was very thorough with my prognosis. I walked in and I barely could speak. 2 hours after leaving her office, I heard my voice for the first time in over 3 months. 5 ⭐️
We saw Dr Shah with my husband who has PSP/parkinsonism to evaluate his swallowing. She was thorough in her exam, explaining completely each step of it. She explained that her speech pathologist would come in with her to do the swallowing study and that we would be able to see it. Dr Shah was very kind to my husband and I and explained her findings.
