A friend recommended this place to me and the reviews were great so I decided to give it a try when I was unable to make an appointment with my regular waxing lady. After making my appointment with the owner (Rupal), my appointment was changed - I was handled by Trusha. My experience was HORRIBLE. I got a Brazilian wax (not for the first time, but this was my first experience at Rupal) and Trusha waxed the same areas OVER and OVER again. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. They are very dishonest and unprofessional. They do not disclose the actual price in the beginning and over charge you at the time of payment and when u question them they make you feel uncomfortable.Ā
