I am a resident of Ruoff Tower for almost 8 years now, and I am more than satisfied with the management and community setting that ruoof tower offers to its residents. Janitza, the manager, and ruth the assistant manager, are always available and quick to handle any issues I might have. To reiterate ruoff tower is an amazing place and rarely do I have any grievances, only issue is the elevator which they're in the process of resolving. They take care of their residents here, sincerely Matt H.

Elevators are constantly out of order and since there's only two, it makes it super hard for the elderly to get to and from their apartments. The elevators, if working, shake and are not clean. There's barely anywhere for people to sit downstairs now. I also feel that those with disabilities are not accounted for especially if there is an emergency! Disappointing.

There are only two elevators in this building to serve all the tenets. For the past year one of the elevators is constantly out of order. This goes on days even weeks at a time.One small elevator to serve 11 floors is not safe! There have been a few times BOTH elevators are out of service! Furniture in the lobby was recently removed! Residents miss this social area! Units are cute and laid out nicely.

I went to see an apartment in this building and I was so disappointed. The place was smaller than an efficiency. If you don’t have any furniture this is the place for you. The best thing I can say about this place is it was clean
