I love living in Ruoff Tower. The apartment is nicely laid out and just the right size. The building is very clean and well-maintained. Management and social services staff are competent and friendly. I like having a laundry and salon on site. I especially enjoy the outside landscaping and garden. Additionally, it is close to public transportation and within walking distance of downtown Lancadter. It is a very nice place to live.

Estuve visitando una anciana que ya partió con el Señor y me encantó su apartamento. Bien acogedor y limpio. Espero en Dios me den una oportunidad de vivir ahí.

I am a resident of Ruoff Tower for almost 8 years now, and I am more than satisfied with the management and community setting that ruoof tower offers to its residents. Janitza, the manager, and ruth the assistant manager, are always available and quick to handle any issues I might have. To reiterate ruoff tower is an amazing place and rarely do I have any grievances, only issue is the elevator which they're in the process of resolving. They take care of their residents here, sincerely Matt H.
