I really liked the Music Center. It was in a good location. The one thing I think you need to get under control is the bathroom situation. It took one hour to use the ladies bathroom, that was insane! Maybe put some more port a potties in. I missed part of the show.
I waited in line for 45 minutes to use the restroom. When I was third on deck it ran out of toilet paper. By the time this happened there was all sorts of security guarding that area to make sure no one peed in the bushes and they informed a gal that toilet paper was a maintenance issue
We're done with this hell hole.... Prices for anything is so out priced it's ridiculous.... Bathroom lines... Stupid... Most likely oversold the lawn just to get more people in.... We came back for Tom Petty, and nothing has changed... Pathetic is being kind as to leaving that place.... After all these years, you still don't give a damn about people's safety while getting out of there...... And actually, being a soundman, whomever was doing the sound, must have a hearing problem... We were in the lower pavilion and there was... read more
Of course Tom Petty was amazing, but I really feel this venue over sells tickets. People are packed in like sardines! We had awesome seats, but dealt with crazy bathroom, drink, parking & leaving lines. Even getting in and leaving the ticket area was a complete mess. It could be such a cool venue, but I think changes need to be made (mainly the capacity).
Great sounds system. Bathrooms and parking are a joke. You'd think that with the amount of money they make off these shows they would improve both the restroom situation.
Don't be in a hurry to leave. After nearly 30 year's they still haven't figured out how to get people out.
Tom Petty/Joe Walsh were great! Restrooms and port-a-pots were a nightmare-not enough available for a sold out show! Toilet paper empty even in the ones out in parking lot before the show!! Parking-It took us an hour & a half just to get out of our parking spot after the concert!! No movement at all from Blue 5 area. There has to be a better way!
The venue's acoustics were good, staff pleasant, bathrooms completely inadequate and parking staff needs to figure out how to get people out, took almost 2 hours to exit and we were near an exit. Hire police or something, thank goodness we had a hotel. It is impossible to get out.
I loved Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and I love this venue. I suggest adding another big screen or two for the lawn seat viewers.
