The only problem I have with this venue is the parking they have an incredible way of getting everybody into the parking lot but it took almost an hour to get out of the parking lot

Tom Petty was great! That being said, your lack of planning for a sold out show clearly showed last night. The lack of restroom facilities was ridiculous. You would be better off lining the whole back of the lawn with portable toilets than having mass chaos in the restroom areas. That was awful. As for the issue with trying to leave, perhaps it should be a rule for your employees that are supposed to be directing traffic to stay off of their phones and do the job they are being paid to do.

My first visit was for Tom Petty last night. Sound quality was great and the staff was friendly. I was going to buy a water once I got through the gate but I just couldn't justify the $7.50 for a 1-liter bottle of water. Because of this I didn't really have to deal with extremely long lines for the porta-johns but I could tell they were bad. Overall I had a good experience and I'll probably be back.

The venue would be great if there were either more security or more restrooms. We sat up and the top and so many guys were peeing in the corner of the fence that we eventually had to leave because everyone's blankets were getting wet. It was disgusting and I probably will not ever attend another general admission event. We loved this venue last time we went, but we had assigned seats that time. I personally went and got security three times and the string of men never slowed down a bit. Gross!! Put in an electric fence of so... read more

Tom Petty and Joe Walsh were both excellent and the sound was perfect from section C. However you need to have somebody wipe the bird shit off the seats before you open the gates. And you really need to come up with a new strategy for cars leaving the parking lot! It took us over an hour to get out. That's ridiculous! Fire someone!

How did we ever decide to put the Indianapolis concert venue an hour away from Indianapolis? The facility itself is great The location is god awful

Nice facility, extra nice employees, but, the prices for food and drink is out of control! $7 for a bottle of water is unacceptable to me. Thank God I don't drink alcohol! I'd give it 5 stars except for the food/drink prices.

The concert was a 5+. Great music. Daughter is in wheel chair. Great experience for her in the area provided. Give that gal overseeing the area a raise. But some people took advantage of section and caused distractions. Leaving, there needs to be better path lighting. 4 wheelers just drove in through crowds leaving without regard for safety. Girls directing traffic out of handicapped area in section 1 were inconsistent and need awareness training. Obviously improved restrooms are needed. Great night. Great time. Obvious some... read more

Tom Petty and Joe Walsh were awesome, however, there are not near enough restroom facilities for the amount of folks that attend the shows, People had to find alternative means to relieve themselves, which is not to attractive, but when you have to go, I get it.
