Maybe shouldn't have canceled a concert an hour and twenty minutes before it started.
Waited 1 hour and a half before show to notify people of cancellation. That is terrible customer service. What about people driving several hours to come see a show? Oh and people that live near the venue could see that is was flooded way earlier in the day! Really?! Show was supposed to start at 6pm, they told people show was cancelled at 4:40pm!
Zero respect for customers. You wait until 4:30 PM to cancel the Nickelback concert because of water that was laying there at noon.
Got there plenty early and the security at the gate took 2 hours to check 30 people resulting in me missing 3 out of the 4 artists for my $100 tickets...Really need to get your stuff together klipsch, this brings ridiculous and un-professionalism to a whole higher new level.
Appalled by the parking situation last night. We left about an hour before the concert ended. We did not get out of the parking lot for over two hours. There comes a time when you have to stop blaming construction and start blaming the incompetence of your team. They had no clue what was going on. Most rows were left alone to direct themselves which only caused more issues. This was my first and last trip to Klipsch. I did not appreciate the poor customer service I received when I called to try to figure out what was going o... read more
Concert was great!!... now to the venue itself. Absolutely terrible all the way around. Not enough bathrooms, prices are out of control, and it's impossible to navigate around the lawn. Aisles were jammed packed and only one set of stairs to get behind the lawn! $10+ beer????? Highway robbery!! Parking is another story! Waited 2 hours after the show to get out of the lot.. they had a bunch of untrained teenagers waving traffic wands to "direct" traffic. Absolutely ridiculous!! Save your money and go to an indoor venue!
Same Hunt 15 in a 30 tour was GREAT! All of the artists were completely awesome. Thanks guys for the amazing concert! Klipsch-get some competent staff directing traffic leaving after the concert please! Completely clueless.
Venue is great but the traffic isn't worth going to this venue. You will wait for hours before you move. Even if you leave 20 minutes early like we did. Absolutely miserable.
We went to the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with Joe Walsh concert. We were in the pavilion thank goodness as the lawn seats were over booked and it looked to be standing room only. The music was great and stage presentation was awesome. I can't wait for the next event. :)
