Klipsch has hired a group of young thugs to do their "security". This group of security guards loves to harass and threaten FAMILIES who attend their events. Specifically, they like to stand in a group of 6 and threaten customers with physical violence if they refuse to move fast enough when rain clouds come. Have been coming from Alabama for DMB several years now. Hard working staff who does their best to make sure everyone has a good time. Fantastic venue and DMB clearly loves this place, too!

Had a great time with my daughters and my sister in law at the backstreet boys! The staff was friendly and professional. The only issue was trying to leave, we were forced to drive out of our way and had trouble getting turned the right way. Part of that was us though
