Parking is ass. 10+ years going here and you still can't get that figured out. But hey. Just blame construction again! Also new name is absolutely terrible. Petty, but there it is.

Great concert venue. I saw Black Sabbath there this past summer and Iron Maiden in 2012. Close to the city but easy to get to. Parking was included in the price of tickets so that was nice. Plenty of vendors selling drinks, food, t-shirts, etc. Beers were reasonably priced for a concert. Lines for bathrooms went quickly, even during intermission. The only negative is that the sun sets directly behind the stage (it did in mid-July anyway) which made it difficult to see the stage for the opening act.
