Superb! A classy place with a frienly staff, clean atmospheres, and delicious fries!!! =) The menu is always different with new meals and great treats. Very inexpensive for the great quality of food and the quick service. PROS: Tastes like heaven...almost as good as math class CONS: Only located in Nebraska areas

Closing at 900 SHARP...with several cars in line...all things considered..bad form Runza!!
Recommendedvisited the drive through today and noticed employees wearing gloves (I'm assuming new protocol due to corona virus) however they werent changing them after interacting with each customer.....just as your hands do, gloves become contaminated after touching ANY item or individual. hoping this was just a one time mistake and was glad to see them trying to prevent the spread of germs. food and service was great otherwise!!
what part of I dont want white, mushy fries dont you understand. Bun steamed so much I could stretch it. I know Runza has good food, I just haven't been able to get it recently.
Ok why is it so hard for Runza to make consistent fries. Our last 4 times there, twice they were not done and soggy and missing an order, once they were perfect and today after I haven’t been able to eat for 2 days we try them again and this time the fries are so overdone that we can’t even eat them. We always ask for crispy but these were way beyond that! Too crappy out to go back.
Had an old&moldy bun....sucks cause that's my favourite chicken sandwich!
