Things started off great! Had Greg come out and inspect my roof, but i guess the repairs or the job wasn't large enough to keep his interest. Its been two weeks and still haven't heard back or got a quote. Seems like it would be a pretty quick task but i guess the commission wasn't large enough to keep him interested... Will continue looking for a company that will assist
Company making a good faith effort to repair
It is common practice that our business hires local. With that being said we chose this roofing company. We had a white membrane type of roof installed on the building. First application failed. Pieces continually blowing off, they had to redo the roof but this time according to the leaks and report from GAF it was applied too thin. Owner does not seem to want to stand behind his workmanship. We are done with them and I hope that this review saves someone else aggravation, costly repairs and damaged property. We used Runyon Roofing to replace the roof, gutters and downspouts on our home. The estimate was given in late September and we were told they could not guarantee replacement before winter. As it happened, they under promised and over delivered. The roof was replaced in mid-to-late November and completed before the winter weather. The team was very professional. My wife and I are very pleased with how our new roof from the great folks at Runyon turned out. It is really beautiful and we have had several compliments from neighbors.
