Runyon and Sons put on a new roof, gutters, and fixed the siding on one side of my house. Carlos was the crew supervisor. Carlos and crew did a terrific job. They worked efficiently and payed attention to detail (e.g. very careful with landscaping). A few weeks after they were done Runyon sent out a quality control person who went over the whole roof. Had a flat roof torn out and replaced. The replacement roof is fine but they did not properly adjust the pitch and there was significant puddling of water particularly in the front corner of the roof. They attempted to fix the situation by hammering the edge of the roof so it would drain. It drains slightly better but still significant pooling of water. For what I paid and based on other reviews I expected a better end result.
