Had a flat roof torn out and replaced. The replacement roof is fine but they did not properly adjust the pitch and there was significant puddling of water particularly in the front corner of the roof. They attempted to fix the situation by hammering the edge of the roof so it would drain. It drains slightly better but still significant pooling of water. For what I paid and based on other reviews I expected a better end result.
Had people that doesn’t understand the language
We chose Runyon roofing after hail damage due to their thorough inspection and advice for improving our roof ventilation and chimney repair with concern for the entire roof system. Roof replacement, and soffit ventilation were done on our house with attention to detail and no shortcuts. They did an excellent job and had a team of 6 with all the appropriate equipment which made the project complete in 4 days. Took good care of the surrounding deck and yard.
