I had damaged my wedding ring and not only did they fix it but recommended a slight alteration to hopefully keep it from happening in the future. After seeing the finished product I am so happy. Not only is it beautiful but looks even better than before! Definitely recommend this jeweler.
I shopped around and found the ring I absolutely fell in love with. Took the model # and make of ring to Erik and had it ordered. While waiting for arrival of my ring, he gave us a temp to wear with my center stone mounted! Erik went above customer service to the extreme. A couple weeks after having my temp, I thought my diamond was loose, he came to my work, picked it up, looked at it and brought it back to my work! Erik and Jeanne you made this experience a wonderful one and we will be back for all of our purchases.
