Je suis allé dans un pop up à chicoutimi, après quelque mois seulement tout décolorer limite dégueulasse...( le bijoux argent devenu rouille et le blanc devenir brun tres beau combo) ont c'est fait dire un coup que le bijoux était installer que setait non remboursable pour le ternissent du bijoux et je comprends pourquoi parce que à 140$ total sa ne dure pas pour le prix. Je ne recommande pas de tout.

Update: The business owner, Tanya, has gone above and beyond to make up for the experience I had with my bracelet. She reached out (because I hadn't seen her reply here) and offered a full refund of the bracelets and the appointment booking, and also offered to send out a special gift for my sister and I to give us another meaningful item to have from each other. Rapide, mais très cher, pour la qualité… ma soeur et moi sommes allés dans un pop-up à chicoutimi, il y a moins d’un ans. Déjà les couleurs sont dégradés après quelques mois! Mon blanc est rendu brun! Et impossible de nettoyer! Vraiment déçus d’avoir payer pour quelques choses qui est déjà ternis au bout de quelques mois et que j’ai juste envie de retirer…

I really wanted to support this business but the quality of the product is just not there. I had my bracelet put on in June and it is now only October and the bracelet is completely tarnished. The gold part is browned/looking rusty, and the white parts are a burnt color, and falling off. This was one of the cheaper options, but why sell something that won’t hold up if you’re claiming it to be “permanent”? Keep your options higher quality so it lasts longer.
