Today was my first experience with Runway Grooming and I was very impressed. Everyone were so friendly and helpful. The owner gave me samples of Fromm’s dog food for my Bichon. Cotton. I will definitely be going back!
Run away & fast! This is a horrible & evil business! Multiple times our dogs have been harmed by very unprofessional owner and staff who routinely shave the animals down to the skin WHICH IS DANGEROUS AND SO HARMFUL! Most recent 10 days ago. Please make another selection; try to sell bogus items - totally ripoff & purely evil!

After moving away from Orlando , I make the trip up from Miami once a month to get my 2 boys groomed. Every one is great and I appreciate the care in which they manage little dogs. There are always new items in the store. Highly recommend. Rita Lopez
I’m from North Carolina and stopped in to shop for my little baby back home... The owner is absolutely INCREDIBLE and so kind. Even the woman grooming in the back waved and acknowledged us as we walked around the store. Amazing prices for such a cute boutique, wonderful staff, wonderful prices, wonderful experience. The owner made us feel so welcomed and was extremely attentive to every customer that came in. I cannot say enough good things about this small business!!

I have a 75 lb. labradoodle with anxiety issues. I am new to the area and after two disasters with a grooming business (the last time, she was shaved raw) I needed to find someone reliable, kind, and experienced. After speaking with David and Eduardo, I was hoping Runway Grooming would be the right choice. Gracie can be a challenge but Brenda's professional grooming skills exceeded my expectations. It's been a while since Gracie looked so good.
