Rosann Kramer of Runway Auto has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. I’ve watched her generosity as she fixes up and donates cars to people in need, and earlier this year I experienced that generosity for myself. Back in January my Pastor’s wife let me borrow their mini-van to move a prop for one of my short-films. Got my car back was repaired and some places were re painted. The spot on my door was re painted, there were new scratches near that spot that were scratched I'm assuming from when it was put back together. The grill was not put back in place properly even though i got a whole new grill and bumper. The molding on my door by my window is also not properly installed. Missing the clip that holds my washer fluid to the frame. Will not be bringing it back I will fix it right my self as i know it will be done right. Not 100% satis... read more
My car was hit and Rosann at Runway Auto was incredible throughout the whole process. We had never been through this before, so we were unsure of what to do first. All it took was one call to Rosann and she promptly guided us smoothly through all of the steps. Runway Auto and all of their employees were professional, thorough and efficient. They even facilitated the rental car pickup! I highly recommend them to anyone who has been in a car accident.
