So im giving this a very honest review as I got my hair cut here before by a Dominican man, and it came out not at all as what I wanted. I came with a VIDEO of the haircut I been wanting and he didn’t even want to see it and instead did what he wanted to do with my hair..In his view it was just “a bunch of layers” and ignoring what I wanted specifically and the results looking nothing compared to the inspiration video.
