RecommendedAbove. And. Beyond. And then, farther still. This is my experience with the Running Wild customer service team. My shoes are phenomenal and I love everything about this store. They clearly take pride in their products and have true concern about their customers and want us to keep loving our run life! It helps that they bring out the toys and blocks to entertain the little ones for the running moms who just can’t quite find the right shoe today ;) ... I appreciate you guys immensely!!

Owner Paul is outstanding...Staff, equally outstanding.... great customer service and it pays to shop local...I received a thank you phone call that carried tremendous weight...if you need professional advice or just want a great experience visit running wild, support your community, you won't regret it! Paul...YOU CHANGED MY LIFE! These guys are beyond awesome. I was in Pensacola last week for my nephews HS graduation and he and my brother in law dragged me into the store. Paul watched me walk and immediately knew what I needed. I told him I was trying to get started walking a mile or two per day, but my feet shins and legs started hurting after 1/2 mile. He set me up with some toe socks and some New Balances. I did 2.5 miles yesterday and 4 today with ZERO PAIN! I cannot thank you enough Paul.
So, bought my first pair of Newton's today at Running Wild in Pensacola. My wife had a horrible migraine and Misty not only sold me on trying Newton's, but hugged my wife, gave here some of her migraine remedy tips, got her cold towels, and a glass of water. Way beyond just selling a pair of shoes! Excellent customer service and beyond!

Cindy is an angel. I went in because my chiropractor recommended them and I have a stress fracture from over-walking. I walk dogs for a living and typically average 6 miles a day. Cindy had me walk around the store to show her how I walk. She measured both feet and then brought out several pairs of shoes after listening to my needs.
