Got my new turbo’s yesterday, first time customer. Staff was super amazing and very knowledgeable on what I should be wearing. They didn’t sell me what I wanted because they were not the best fit for what I needed. I’m very grateful for them providing me with what I needed and not just selling me what I wanted due to looks. Highly recommend.
They took the time to listen to my needs and help me find the perfect shoe. Customer Service was incredible! I will never buy a shoe anywhere else!
they were so helpful and respectful even though I'm over weight and often get treated with disdain in any kind of fitness store, I didn't feel any of that. I got a pair of shoes I'm so excited. she was totally patient and understanding as I was looking for shoes for marathon training. I will be back, as long as I'm in this city
