Ordered the Hoka One One Bondi 2 on line and had issues with my Visa. Staff called me to assist. After a 24 hour wait, the shoes were sent off Wednesday at 3:34pm and arrived Thursday at 1:34pm. Kristen gave me a discount for the delay although it was not on their end. Awesome service and a repeat customer earned.

Superb customer service dealing with an item that had a zipper break after 4 months. They could have easily told me to call the manufacturer, but instead they initiated an immediate shipment of a replacement as well as emailing a shipping label to cover the return of the defective item.
