There is no adequate word to describe how fantastic your customer service is!! I've gotten prompt refunds and immediate responses, and accommodations that are just unheard of! I once pointed out that you refunded me for an item that I kept - and you gave me $6 credit for bring it to your attention. Just AWESOME!! I will shop here even if I could save a few $ on eBay -- the complete worry-free experience is priceless!!
I never write reviews and I rarely find too many good things to say about a company, but I am moved to praise RW. They have the best customer service of any I've dealt with. I wanted to make an exchange and they only had one shoe left in my size so they put it aside for me while they were waiting for my shoes to be shipped back to them.
