Stopped in with the full intention of buying two pairs of Brooks. Both employees ignored me when I entered, and continued to ignore me as I looked at the shelves and tried to figure out which version of shoes I was looking for. Both the older woman and young man carried on their own conversation without acknowledgement. As I left, frustrated, neither asked if I needed help. Off to order from Brooks online, will not be back.

Horrible experience with this Broadmead location and won’t be back. My wife ordered some NB shoes online and it seems they were shipped out of the government location.Unfortunately, they did not fit so I brought them to the Broadmead store with receipt / packing slip. I was greeted by Sandra June 24th at 2:18 pm with attitude and lack of customer service skills right off the bat. She just said I need the receipt and do it online. Great experience! Went in a couple weeks ago and purchased the same pair of shoes I have been buying for a few years now, But this time they just didn’t fit quite as good so I went back today and had Josh help me and he was amazing. He really took a lot of time showed me a bunch of different options and nailed the perfect pair of shoes. Really appreciate the help. Very professional and very knowledgable thanks
