Not sure where tbese negative comments are coming from- I came here to say what a pleasure it was to speak with Bev. I stopped in to the Aurora went in and she gave me some recommendations along with a couple of pairs to try on as I was trying to figure out what works for my foot type her..I expressed that I likely am not buying roght now to which she replied that was no problem whatsoever.. The Aurora Running Room is not the place to go. I went to shop for Hoka slides and the younger lady that was supposedly “helping” us was extremely unhelpful and seemly annoyed that we were there. Doesn’t seem to want to answer our questions and provided us with 1 to 2 word answers. First time going to The Running Room so I’m hoping this experience I got is location specific but not a good first experience for sure. Would not recommend to anyone.
Went in earlier this week. Spent $130 on a bunch of nutrition to test out for my Ironman training. There was a younger guy who was cashing me out. I asked what the return policy was in case it wasn’t working for me. After he answered me that it couldn’t be returned, an older lady started laughing from across the room like I asked some stupid question. It was very rude, condescending and unnecessary.
