I came in to buy some walking shoes for an upcoming Europe trip, I’m not a runner by any means so It was my first time shopping here and didn’t know what to expect. I had a great experience here. I was immediately helped out by a knowledgeable employee who asked what I was using the shoes for and brought out many different models for me to try on. I came to return an online order, and was hoping to look at some alternate options in store. No one acknowledged or looked at me when I walked in. It threw me off, awkward when it’s a small store. Guy at the register was honestly just straight up rude as soon as I came over, talked down to me when I accidentally pulled up the wrong email to get my order number, and like I was just bothering him from the start (sorry if you’re busy or having a bad day, but holy - not even any other customers in the store).
