Long time Running Lab customer!! VERY BEST staff EVER! I always have the best interactions and experience when visiting in store and when I had to order online during Covid. Recently, I’ve been experiencing some issues I’ve never experienced before and Keith took the extra time in assisting me and listening to my current running woes. I went there yesterday. He took his time showed me a bunch different shoes didn't push super expensive shoes on me. Had me go on the treadmill showed me a few techniques to improve my run and have less pain in my legs and back. Just from that brief session went out today set personal bests in 1 mile, 2mile and 5k and bonus my back is not hurting. Highly recommend this store.
Running Lab is such a great store and always so helpful. Even during quarantine they helped me measure and find the right shoe for my son, ordered over the phone, and shipped directly to home. Our go to store for our runner. You can’t beat their service.
highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. If there is anything you need that is not in the store, they are happy to find it for you! This store supports the community with running events, such as races, training plans, group runs, physical therapy clinics, Good Form Running-the lists go on and on!
I recently purchased two pairs of shoes online from Running Lab Brighton. Initially I had a question about another shoe and the differences in that versus another I was considering. The help I received was excellent and I so much appreciated having someone knowledgeable assist me. Keep up the great work Running Lab 😁
Super huge thank you for amazing service today via phone and Facebook chat. The staff has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve been in the store but today I received incredible service virtually due to the covid-19 closures. I’m excited to get my new shoes via mail and get out for a run while social distancing!
