I have been wanting a new pair of running shoes and FINALLY I have the perfect pair! Charlie was awesome! He took the time to measure my feet, check my arches and had me walk on the treadmill and I paid the same amount for my ghost 14 as I would have anywhere else without the extra help. I highly recommend anyone looking for the perfect fit to stop in !!!

I am a fan of local businesses and even more of The Running Lab in downtown Brighton. The entire staff care about what shoe will be best to fit your needs. Toni went above and beyond to help me with an entirely different shoe than what I have been using since that shoe is discontinued. She provided me with her expertise and personal experience. Actually the entire team is knowledgeable and eager to make sure that you walk out in the right shoe for you. Oh and everyone is super fun. Shop Local. Thank you Running Lab.
I went there today to get a new pair of Brooks, well I had my wife with me and we BOTH got new shoes!! I want to thank Sydney with all the help choosing the correct shoes!!
One of the best experiences in customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Toni was so great about my return and when I came back for my fitting appointment, Sydney was so helpful in helping me find my perfect shoe. She spent a lot of time with me and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I can’t say enough about Running Lab Brighton.
