The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and most importantly patient. They take the time to work with each customer individually and make sure all questions are answered.

I just ran my first Marathon Sunday. I went to Runners High a few months ago to be fitted for my shoes and couldn't be happier with the result. I had no hot spots and all my little bones in my feet are feeling great while my buddy most likely has a stress fracture. Thank you for caring enough to get me the perfect fit.
Just an flat out awesome experience I had with 3 employees this past Saturday. After being railroaded by another "road running" store I was recommended to runners high. I walked in confused, but walked out knowing that I got the best pairs of shoes for my feet and not someone's paycheck.
