The owners of this location were fantastic! We drove an hour to visit and pick out cross country spikes for my son. They took their time and made sure he got the right set of spikes that fit him best. Truly an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!
After reading reviews, I went to Runner's High today and had an amazing experience on my lunch hour. The staff was excellent and Craig the owner was at the store, the young woman that helped me(a runner herself), listened to all my needs as I had previously had foot surgery and was getting ready to get back into walking/light jogging again.... I haven't bought running/walking shoes in decades so I knew that I had to go to a place I could trust to get me moving again. The friendly and knowledgeable staff gave me personal service second to none. In the end, I walked away with just what I needed. I highly recommend this store.
