I've been shopping at The Runners Edge for the past few years for my oldest daughter. Today I brought my middle schooler for her first pair of trainers and was once again blown away by the service! Thank you!!!
I have had an order "IN PROCESSING" since July 28 - credit card has been charged for the amount of purchase, but I have no idea as to where my purchase is! I have been in email contact with someone since August 10, and still no updates. Will be contacting via phone if I can find the number today.

I would go nowhere else for running shoes or gear. Staff is the best. And the team is a close knit group of true friends. Unique dynamic in today's world of people on staff who know their stuff and really care. The best.
The gentlemen selling my son the running shoes really took his time. He checked his feet and the way he walked and ran to determine the type of sneaker he needed. Then he brought out almost a dozen different sneakers for my son to choose from. And after all that their prices are still very competitive. I drive 40 minutes out of my way to got here. Worth the trip.
