RecommendedThank you for the amazing service I received yesterday. I placed an online order on Saturday, March 21, 2020 for a pair of sneakers. My order was hand delivered that same day by one of their employees. Never expected that. Great service and great people!!!!!
When my husband and I walked in the store was busy, but not crazy crowded. All sales people were working with customers, but they took their time to greet us. We patiently waited our turn. The young man who helped us, listened to what we had to say, watched us walk and then brought out several pairs of sneakers out to try on. He was patient and helpful in making suggestions on how to eliminate certain pairs. We had a great experience and would go back!
Got fitted for my first “real” pair of running shoes today and, I have to say - this place was wonderful! The person (Gary?) who helped me was so kind and knowledgeable and patient with me as I took the time to choose a pair that worked best for me. As a bigger person I felt that I was treated with respect and was not treated any differently because of my size (unfortunately that is not always the case when shopping for sport/activewear) or because I am a fairly new runner. I am super disappointed with this store. I am a marathon runner and advised my mom who lives in NY to go to a legitimate running store to buy her next pair of shoes for walking, not a big box store and not online. She just contacted me and told me in her words "she dislikes when she goes to a store to buy an item that is not inexpensive but because you are not really a runner they blow you off". I can certainly attest to the fact that my local running store here in IL would NEVER do this to a customer. Bad customer service.

Awesome place. They listened to my issue w/ my current shoes, watched my steps, and recommended a shoe that solved my problems. My distance was always held back from foot pain but now has been lifted and have PR'd 3 times since buying a pair of shoes from you guys. Thank you for all your help!! Will be back when I run the miles out of these.
They took the time to make sure I got the right shoe and smiled the whole time.
