Stopped in the Ft Lauderdale store today on a recommendation from my son, who bot running shoes there. The man that waited on me was exceptional! What a terrific experience! I have used a running company in Delaware for many years but this person was over the top good!! Not only put together an exceptional fit, he also suggested different inserts that improved the feel of the shoe exponentially!! I work with many business owners. At the checkout I asked him if he was the owner of the store, he replied no and provided some background on the company. I said to him “you act like the/an owner”. I appreciate good service like this! I wish I had gotten the man’s name. I know he was from Louisiana. As a suggestion/if possible I was in Nashville for business and bot a pair of dress shoes at a Johnston and Murphy store. The man provided terrific service. Now I buy all my shoes thru him. He knows my size and how the shoes fit and sends them to me. If you are providing such excellent service I would buy from that man again.
