I made a purchase thru ebay, my item shipped reasonably fast, but it took 28 days for a small package to arrive to my residence. I contacted farmstead.and explained that I understood it was not their fault, but I was disappointed just the same. They immediately responded that they were sorry.and would either offer a $10 refund or I could return the item for a full refund. Bought a bear legit bow strictly for target shooting. Know very little about bows. The sales guy was very helpful, patient, and courteous getting me set up with the proper equipment. Looking forward to my new hobby. It pays to shop local and small.
My husband and I went in there recently with out 2 Danes and the blonde working was very rude and followed us thru the store like we were going to steal something. Definitely won't be going back. Usually we spend quite a lot of money buying bones and toys so we just got nail clippers and left. You lost a large sale of products due to your worker being overbearing and watching us like hawks. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere 😌
I stopped in today (reluctantly) as I’ve had issues in the past with their poor customer service to get a couple bags of dog food. I was met with an unkind worker - who scoffed at me to turn a 33lb bag of dog food over so she could scan it. The first issue I had with this same worker - a few months back, again stopped in for dog food. This time I had my 11 yr old son with me who was browsing the dog toys- when the worker came up to him and asked that he not “ruin” the tennis balls, because they were for sale. Always enjoy doing my shopping here. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and have a great amount of knowledge about the products they sell. They are very welcoming and the store is very clean. They have a wonderful selection of pet supplies and there pricing is outstanding. It is nice to have such a wonderful business in the Sheboygan area.
