They installed a new circulator pump on my boiler. A month later, the pump failed catastrophically, flooded my basement, and fried the control board on my boiler. They replaced the parts but insisted on charging me for the labor required to do so despite the fact that failure of the part they’d installed (just one month prior!) was the only reason I had to call them out. Very disappointed to say the least.

Dave and Shawn both did an outstanding job replacing our hot water heater last week. I would recommend them and Runnemede Plumbing, Heating, etc. to anyone here in the Runnemede area. They worked with our town to fix our sewer line problem. I cannot say any more positive things about them.

I like this company alot. They came out only a couple hours after I called them, which was impressive in my book. I hadn't used them before and everyone else said they wouldnt be able to get out till atleast 6:00pm, it was 8:00am at this point and I have small child and it was probably one of the only cold days we had this winter. They came out around 11:00. I was really impressed and happy. They were also able to work with me on the price. I felt comfortable and at ease with them there. Thank you guys so much!

Run away from this place! Go anywere else, at least you will have a chance! I would give them zero stars if I could. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. Just received a service call, needed a freon charge. Was told to either pay 450.00 for freon or 200.00 for a diagnostic fee. The technician was here 25 minutes, worked maybe 10 minutes in total. My discussions with others who have received this service place the cost between 75 and 100.00
