Very helpful & nice & easy to work with. Made everything go smoothly with closing.
Had to edit this review because a couple employees have really stepped up. Greg, Hunter and Lauren are absolutely wonderful. There are a lot of title companies out there and the Runkel companies are the worst. Other employees at Lake Country, Forest, and Shoreline have mucked up and caused delays in every closing I’ve sent them. Overall, I’m absolutely done with sending them business. The three employees mentioned above are the only ones holding this train wreck together.
