Where do I begin? My husband saw Dr. Katz and she seemed somewhat knowledgeable and thorough when she examined him. However, her staff is a nightmare. They said they mailed out a prescription along with a scrip for bloodwork on November 1st. Who mails a prescription, when they can just call it in to the pharmacy? Why not just send it by carrier pigeon?!? They have our information, including the pharmacy we use. I NEVER NEVER EVER been to a more unfriendly doctors office. Or experienced a doctor so rude!! After being so annoyed with the staff. Our wait, we could have went for dinner and still had to wait. The doctor, AWFUL!!!! I asked her a question, her responds..good question. I asked her to answer the question, she told me I would have to go to med school for my answer. My daughter asked a question, she told her to google it. I asked her another question, got a meaningless answer!! Save your time and stay away!!! I could go on bu... read more

Dr Runfola is very compassionate and takes time to talk with you; thus sometimes it is a long wait. I agree with others, the staff, with the exception of one, is rude and has that "could not care less" attitude. Some have been there for years and no one can figure out why. If it were not for Dr. Runfola, we would have left a few years ago.

I recently became a patient here but I am not too thrilled... I had a fairly long way for a weekday morning appointment. Also, Dr. R said he would be giving me a shot in the office, but completely forgot to do it. It wasn't until I was on my way home and checked my receipt that I realized I didn't get the service I was going to be billed for.

Dr. Zalut is the most kind, accomodating and understanding doctor in the South Jersey region. Although sometimes it does take a few minutes to wait for your appointment, the care you receive from him is top notch. He treats you like family and respects you as a patient. He is helpful, always there in case of an emergency and has compassion- very hard to find these days.

Dr. J as my family calls him, is definitely the best. Down to earth and will pretty much let you self-diagnose if you trusts you know what you are talking about. Few doctors have the confidence to work around your own unprofessional (but personal) diagnosis.

Dr. Katz is not only extremely knowledgeable but is also very kind and comforting. My experience in her practice has been exceptional, Dr. Katz and her staff are always caring, friendly and helpful. I trust her completely, and having seen other various Neurologists in the area, I feel as though she really knows her stuff. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. It's so good to know that there are still doctors out there who care.

Fantastic Doctor. He's one of the new that actually takes the time to listen and explain. I'm sorry I can't say the same for the staff of the office though. They are mostly unhelpful, miserable, curmudgeons intent on making your experience as awful as possible.
