The front desk staff were great, efficient and even came outside to the “lobby” seating area to take my blood pressure which was a bit unusual. I’m grateful they accepted me for a last minute walk-in visit on the same day. I saw Dr. Mir and he was second guessing iffy about prescribing me medication (he issued then said “maybe you can postpone or hold off”, he did this twice). As a walk-in doctor I just don’t take their word for it 100%. He just advises to go check in with family/ primary physician.
I had a great experience at Rundle Medical Clinic. Dr. Kunimoto took the time to carefully listen to both me and my husband, addressed all of our concerns, and ordered the appropriate tests. It is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes a thorough approach to their care. The reception staff were also very kind and welcoming. My new clinic. Rabia at the front desk is wonderful, as well as the other staff. Never had any attitude or issues with this clinic. Considering the ‘hood it is located in, it is surprisingly clean and welcoming.
