OMG I'm so pissed off today with the receptions! When I told her my brother lost his health care card and he was sick, she threw my mom's healthcare card and said RUDELY 'well we can't see him then'.You could have given us another solution! Seriously who does that, where is the professionalism and sympathy. I am MOA myself, I treat my pts with understanding and patience. This place is truly horrible!! It really ruined my whole day.
Rundle Medical Center has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, multiple times, and it felt intentional. I had to call back repeatedly just to get basic help. When I finally reached the front desk, the attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I waited for over one hour to be seen, and many other patients in the clinic were also complaining about the long wait time. After visiting another clinic, I was told that my condition was actually serious and required proper treatment. This made me disappointed and concerned about the care I received here I hope the clinic can improve wait times and take patient symptoms more seriously in the future.
