Had the opportunity to buy a truck from this dealer, worked with a gentleman that goes by “Rudy”. He right off the bat realized that I live 3.5 hours away, and told me he would personally go out, wash the truck, drive it, and send me pictures that “focus on the bad stuff”. And I was so happy to hear that this guy seemed to genuinely care that he didn’t want to waste my 3.5 hour drive out there by just looking at the forsale ads photos. Bought a car from McGrath 9 years ago and never had a problem with it till the AC went out. Took it to Runde and traded it in. After just 30 miles the AC went out of the vehicle they sold me and the transmission started shuddering. Called them and they said to bring it back in. Was told the car was sold as is so I'd have to pay for the repairs. AC got fixed and is still working for the moment, transmission is still shuddering.
