My daughter bought a previously owned Tahoe from them. They said bring it back if you have any issues. She brought it back 2 days later and said it's shifting weird, rather hard. They had a technician "go over it", he said a Tahoe has a tendency to shift hard. A week later the transmission goes out completely. The best Runde did was offer a 50/50 split on a repair.
Runde always does a great job. They're honest and do great work. They communicate everything that needed to be done and the cost. Even helped get parts at a cheaper cost too. That's always a big help!
Excellent experience purchasing our used minivan from Runde in Manchester.
