The word for me is TRUST. The service has always been exceptional & this is long overdue. They always check everything & let me know when things are going to need replaced and how much time I have b4 I need to replace them, so I am not stranded. I had a nail in my tire, AAA towed it to Runde, who fixed the tire first thing, called me and brought my van to my house. All within an hour or two. Leaking oil after an oil and filter change. Took my Ranger back and they replaced the filter. It still leaked. I looked for answers on the internet and found there is a trough to catch the oil when filters are changed and direct it to a container used for oil changes. Person who did the oil change filled the oil trough with oil dry, when the oil dry became saturated with oil it leaked on the ground. I cleaned the oil dry out and now have no leaks. I love my new Ford Edge. Taylor really did a great job of going over the vehicle’s features with me. I didn’t know where to begin, so he started from the beginning and was so patient and thorough with everything. And I loved that he followed up with me the following week to make sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely work with Taylor in the future. And will 100% get my next vehicle through Runde!
