I called because once again, there was an issue with my car. The weather stripping on the back door was falling off. I wanted it replaced with bumper to bumper and was told it was “normal wear and tear”. It’s a 2018 Terrain with 55k miles on it so that’s not the case at all. I drove from Blue Mounds to Platteville with the impression it was being replaced. All they did was pop it back in and said if it happens again it will be replaced. We were able to get most of the work done over email or phone and pickup was a breeze. Tim was great throughout this process and was very accommodating !
I was treated extremely rudely and will not return.
I drove two hours to look at several vehicles. The salesman never came outside once to help me. He was more worried about his contacts. I had to go in and try to find him. He told me the keys were in them to take the cars for a drive. Once I got back I had to go inside again and try to find him. He was still trying to figure out his contacts.
