I went to Runde because of a co workers positive experience. Prior to being a Runde customer, I bought two vehicles from a different dealership. One brand new, one used. I give it ZERO STARS! My 19 year old bought a 2020 Chevy Malibu a few weeks ago and the less than 2 weeks after...it started having acceleration issues...they couldn't get the car in for over a week so we took to our local dealer and they found that it needs a TRANSMISSION! I specifically asked it's service history ... and apparently I'm now finding out that this car had a transmission replaced at 47,000 miles as well...which they just decided to skip right over and not tell me.
