Would give zero stars if able. Had a bad experience when I bought my truck two months ago.. I bought a 16 F450. Changed the oil today after 3500 miles. And they had put the wrong engine filter on it and they stripped the oil pan nut. The filter was also on so tight -because it's the wrong filter - it took four different filter wrenches to get it off. I'm sure they did it to try to save a buck and had the filter laying around.
