Terrible service, my abs light kept coming on and was kicking my 4wd off. Service told me it was the 4WD pump and had to be replaced so I did that, got it replaced and on the way home it came right back on again. I called service and told them, they told me to drop it off but they didn’t have a loaner vehicle, I also asked if I was going to keep paying for parts since I just spent 700$ and it didn’t fix the issue, I was told yes by service. Made an appointment last week for oil change check engine light power steering pump noise and break noise. Came in on Wednesday about 8:30 am. For my appointment went over everything with service employee, first name Andy. He said they would have to run a dionoistic and that it was $135 an hour I already plus oil change. He then informed me an hour later that it said 2 of my cleynder were bad and the power sterling pump also. Unfortunately I made a huge costly mistake with my 2025 Tahoe- during the repair process we hit a few bumps in the road but Jason Howard the service consultant worked with us and made our experience exceptional!
