I don’t normally write reviews but when I do, it’s for those like Runde, going above and beyond for customers. My car broke down in Dubuque and I needed a rental. The standard rentals were closed because of short operating hours and Enterprise wouldn’t have a car till Wednesday (today is Monday)!? Runde said their rental guy had gone home but patched me through to him by cellphone and he said no worries, we can get you a rental! Tonight we brought our Silverado home from Runde's in East Dubuque, IL. What an excellent experience! "Dean Draven" helped us get the pickup that was perfect for us! He made the experience memorable, positive & went out of his way to give us a "hands-on" experience that made us want to spread his good name far & wide! Fast Friendly polite and knowledgeable - $80++ for 25 minute oil change after 12 years of service :( sorry it was the last one there!
