I just wanted to say a big thank you to my podiatrist Jason for all his help. After having shockwave therapy on my heel, I’m about 70% better with more treatments to come. It’s been tough being on my feet all day for work, but with your guidance—icing, non-weight-bearing stretches, and ongoing therapy—I’m finally on the mend. It’s a long, slow process, but I can really feel the difference. Thank you for helping me get back on my feet (literally)!
