The many torn up blinds in the apartments as soon as u pull in is ridiculous!!!! It makes the apartments look horrible like it’s literally ridiculous and it’s so many like that something has to be done about this !!!!! It is extremely tacky and I’m sure prevents people from wanting to become a resident…. Maybe I should contact corporate i understand that it’s their place of residence and they can live how they like but it ruins the appearance of the apartment complex fix it !!
Do not even think about moving here it’s definitely not the same it use to be years ago can’t even keep staff keep having to meet and see new people and faces every month I have not only paid rent but there’s always been some sort of charges popping up out of no where and they give me a hassle about taking them off no one picks up the phone professionally to call you rather go back and forth text or email which is crazy to me the whole complex is shit take my advice or don’t you’ll see
Damond has excellent customer service skllis which is key to this company. He gave me a tour of the apartment as well as workout area. We walked the grounds to other areas as well. He answered every question while I was there and there wasnt a need to call him back. I am excited to move in this awesome place!
