You're going to have to work with the staff at some point after you sign the lease. Trust me, you don't want to. They are very unpleasant to work with. The maintenance team is pretty good but the buildings were obviously a rush job. The paint looks awful and they cut corners on construction. Expect to pay high heating and cooling bills because the insulation and windows are terrible. Also, it's over priced and the buildings are starting to show significant aging.
